“I’d 100% recommend booking both the photography and videography package.”
We were so pleased to have Jake and Izabela capture our big day. From the very first contact to the finished photos and videos we’d highly recommend. Jake offered great help leading up to the day and suggested tweaks both prior and on the day to help everything go much smoother. It must be so hard to capture every angle and not miss a moment, but somehow the videos or photos both captured everything. The photos and videos were all delivered very promptly after the day itself which meant we could re-live our day all over again. The photos are amazing, but the video really brings the day to lift so I’d 100% recommend booking both the photography and videography package. We can’t stop watching the videos! Thanks so much Jake and Izabela!

We cannot recommend Jake Donnelly enough! From the very beginning, they were professional, friendly, and truly passionate about their craft. On our wedding day, they made us feel comfortable, captured every special moment effortlessly, and somehow managed to be everywhere without being intrusive.

“Amazing photography and videography.”
Amazing photography and videography for mine and Hannah’s wedding at the Ashes barn in Leek. If you have any queries or questions he’s always available to discuss them which of course happens with all weddings. Couldn’t recommend a more suitable and great photographer for a wedding.

“More like a cinematic film than just a montage of clips.”
From the moment we booked Jake and Izabela they were amazing, keeping in touch on emails and a very thorough video call prior to our day noting down key moments and reading a very OTT PDF I sent them to make sure they captured every detail.
They were both a joy to have at our wedding and made it so fun, as well as being subtly in the background at points where we didn’t even know they were there busy filming away. And they mixed in perfectly with our other suppliers bouncing ideas off one another.
I’m still in awe of the highlights video we received which far surpassed my expectations. It was so thoughtfully put together with the perfect music highlighting all the right moments, mixed in with some bloody gorgeous drone shots. I’d describe his editing style as timeless elegance, and more like a cinematic film than just a montage of clips.
Having the opportunity to preview it along the way whilst Jake was editing was also extremely helpful (as I’m a huge perfectionist and control freak) but it was beautiful. As were our separate speeches and ceremony videos which I’m so glad we decided on booking.
It’s got so many compliments from our friends and family, and if you’re debating whether videography is important to book for your day, my answer is a resounding YES – …and specially yes to booking Jake, he was worth every penny. Pictures are beautiful to hang on your wall, but there’s nothing more nostalgic than in 20 years time sitting down to rewatch your wedding on video.

“One of the best decisions we made.”
Jake filmed our wedding in May this year and we’re so happy we chose him. Jake is a perfect professional, knows exactly what he’s doing and made us feel at ease on the day. Jake captured our day perfectly and we can’t have asked for a better wedding video. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed getting to rewatch the day and video capture the day in a way photos alone can’t do. Jake exceeded all our expectations and we absolutely love our wedding video. If you’re considering booking Jake then do it, it was one of the best decisions we made.

When we booked Jake Donnelly Wedding Films, we instantly knew we were in good hands. Jake and Izabela are not only incredibly lovely people, but also unbelievably talented filmmakers. Our wedding video is truly better than we could have ever dreamed – it’s beautifully crafted, emotional, and captures every perfect detail of the day with stunning quality. Watching it feels like reliving the best day of our lives. If you’re thinking of booking them – do it. Jake and Izabela are simply amazing, and their work is beyond exceptional!

“They’ve captured the day PERFECTLY!”
We are SO happy we booked Jake and Izabela to film our wedding. From the first enquiry to the actual day, communication has been amazing. They’ve both been so chilled and listened to what we wanted. We hired photographers also and were a little concerned how it would work with 4 cameras around. However, they worked so well with our photographers on the day and we didn’t even know they were filming most of the time! We’ve now received our highlights video, ceremony, speeches and first dance. We absolutely LOVE them! The videos are so emotive and full of authentic moments. They’ve captured the day PERFECTLY! Would highly recommend Jake and Izabela!

“An absolute joy to work with.”
Jake and Izabela were an absolute dream throughout our wedding day. The perfect combination of being so enthusiastic without ever being demanding and always putting us first to ensure we got the best shots whilst simultaneously being able to enjoy our day with our guests. They were so discreet and got some beautiful photos of our guests without anyone realising they were being taken. We cannot recommend them enough, an absolute joy to work with.

“He went above and beyond!”
Jake was the perfect wedding photographer! He was amazing for our legal wedding ceremony, our ceremony was based in Stockport and he was very knowledgeable about the area, he was helpful with where to shoot and park etc. very experienced and confident in how and where to get the most perfect pictures. He was very attentive to details and was lovely with our families. I would highly recommend him as a photographer he went above and beyond! A really nice guy who can take vogue shots slayyyyy!!
